In the heat of anger with love ones, always ponder before saying an uncivil word. An uncivil word will NEVER cure a bad relationship; but, it will likely make a bad relationship worse.Know that your reply holds the POWER either to temper a quarrel; or to inflame an unsettled soul full of hurt and rage.

Any Federal official, who engages in employment discrimination, lacks the moral integrity to evenhandedly enforce our Nation’s laws or manage Federal programs.

Revised regulations will never suppress federal workplace retaliation; nor will it cure the inaction of an EEOC official when justice demands fair, prompt and judicious decision-making.

When facing a crossroad about what to do next, you will always succeed if you pick a path that promotes your PURPOSE.

I lift my voice for goodness and equality. I inform the powerful and hold them accountable. For it gives a PURPOSE to my PAIN.

Pain pressed me into my PURPOSE. But the power of the pen unleashed it!
